4th of July fruit kabobs are the perfect festive treat to celebrate summer gatherings.   • 12 medium wooden kabob sticks
  • 12 strawberries (halved) or 24 raspberries
  • 48 blueberries or 24 blackberries
  • 24 banana slices or 24 regular marshmallows or cake chunks

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Halve strawberries if using them.
  2. Thread one piece of fruit onto a wooden kabob stick (strawberry half or whole raspberry).
  3. Add your choice of white fruit (banana slice, marshmallow, or cake chunk).
  4. Follow with two blueberries or one blackberry.
  5. Repeat until the stick is filled to your liking.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 12 hours in plastic wrap.
