  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder or smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh chopped cilantro or parsley
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Remove husks from 2 ears of corn and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon olive oil (or melted butter), ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon chili powder (or smoked paprika). Coat each ear of corn with this mixture.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip using tongs and cook for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs before serving with lime wedges.
