  • 4 oz. feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill (roughly chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add sliced beets and half of the dressing. Toss gently to coat and let sit.
