  • 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 pounds skirt steak

  2. Add the skirt steak to the bag, seal tightly, and refrigerate for 3 to 12 hours to marinate.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat about 15 minutes before cooking. Remove the steak from the refrigerator and let it reach room temperature.
  4. Grill the marinated steak for about 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.
