  • 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener (or sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 1 cup whole milk plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine blueberries, sweetener, and water. Cook over medium-low heat for about 6 to 8 minutes until berries soften.
  2. Allow the mixture to cool, then blend until smooth and strain through a mesh strainer into a large bowl.
  3. Stir in agave syrup and yogurt until well mixed.
  4. Pour into a Ninja Creami pint or an ice cream maker according to instructions.
  5. Freeze for 24 hours; if using Ninja Creami, process on LITE ICE CREAM setting.
  6. Serve immediately for optimal freshness.
