  • 13.8 oz tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 3 black olives (for eyes)
  • Piece of red bell pepper (for tongues)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut black olives into small pieces for the eyes and slice the red bell pepper into forked tongues.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 12 strips. Roll each strip into a 12-inch rope, tapering one end for the tail.
  4. Wrap each rope around a greased wooden chopstick or metal straw, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with poppy and sesame seeds.
  5. Place olives on the head for eyes and bake on parchment-lined baking sheets for 11 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. After baking, cool slightly before carefully removing chopsticks and adding red pepper tongues.
