  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 small bunch fresh basil (chopped)
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (grated)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the balsamic dressing by whisking olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic in a small bowl. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add halved grape tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, chopped basil (reserve some for garnish), and prepared dressing to the pasta. Mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, garnish with reserved basil and drizzle with additional balsamic glaze if desired.
