  • 1216 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced 1/4” thick
  • 1 bunch fresh basil (about 1/3 cup leaves)
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Layer tomato slices on a serving platter.
  2. Tuck mozzarella slices between the tomatoes and place whole basil leaves throughout.
