  • 1 tbsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 6 cups rice chex cereal
  • 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup SunButter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup turbinado sugar OR 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and other spices; set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, SunButter, and vanilla extract. Microwave for 1 minute; stir until smooth.
  3. Pour rice chex cereal into a large bowl and add melted mixture; gently mix until coated.
  4. Toss in the spice-sugar mixture until evenly distributed.
  5. Spread on a baking sheet lined with wax paper; chill in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
  6. Once set, break apart clumps and store in an airtight container.
