Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 equally sized slider patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for about 3 minutes on one side. Flip and add cheese slices to melt while cooking for another 3 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F (71°C).
  4. Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally while keeping them connected. Place each patty on the bottom half of a roll, adding pickles and drizzling ketchup and mustard as desired. Cap with the top half of the roll.
  5. Bake assembled sliders in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
