  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil

  • Pine nuts or walnuts
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (425°F).
  3. Assemble skewers by threading chicken and tomatoes alternately (4 chicken pieces and 3 tomatoes per skewer).
