  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into cubes)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro leaves (chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chili flakes, salt, and paprika for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cubed chicken, minced garlic, lime juice, chili flakes, chopped cilantro, salt, and paprika. Mix well.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the marinade and stir to coat the chicken evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat and grill kebabs for about 10 minutes, turning often and basting with remaining olive oil until cooked through.
