  • 4 ounces cream cheese (113g)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (210g)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. In a stand mixer or using an electric hand mixer, cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar until fluffy.
