  • 12 oz small pasta noodles
  • 2 cups frozen peas (thawed)
  • 12 oz thick cut Turkey Bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prepare Ingredients: Thaw peas, cook and chop Turkey Bacon, and grate parmesan cheese.
  3. Make the Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Combine: In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, peas, Turkey Bacon, parmesan cheese. Pour dressing over and mix gently until well coated.
  5. Chill or Serve Immediately: Cover the salad and chill for 1–2 hours before serving or enjoy immediately.
