  • 12 tablespoons agave nectar (optional)
  • 16 fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Juice the cucumber and lemon using a juicer, ensuring a smooth texture.
  2. Taste the juice; if it's too tart, add agave nectar to sweeten.
  3. Fill popsicle molds one-fourth full with juice and freeze for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir gently to prevent ice crystals from forming, then freeze for another 20 minutes.
  5. Add fresh raspberries to each mold and pour more juice until nearly full.
  6. Freeze for at least 3 hours until solidified.
  7. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of each mold for a few seconds.
