Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
  • Optional: spices (ginger, red pepper flakes)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Slice sirloin steak against the grain into thin strips. Rinse shrimp if frozen. Chop bell peppers and cut broccoli into florets.
  2. Marinate shrimp by mixing with half of the soy sauce, minced garlic, and desired spices. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and cook steak in batches until browned (about 4 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli for about 3 minutes, then add bell peppers. Cook until tender-crisp.
  5. Return marinated shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink (about 3 minutes). Add cooked steak back and mix well.
  6. Serve hot with a drizzle of remaining soy sauce.
