  • 16 oz. package pre-cooked sausages
  • 4 small zucchini
  • 2 red bell peppers (optional)
  • 1 small red onion (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Newman's Own Classic Oil and Vinegar Dressing
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut zucchini and other vegetables into uniform pieces.
  2. Place vegetables in a Ziploc bag; add Italian dressing and marinate for at least one hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  4. Cut sausage into chunks.
  5. Thread sausage and vegetables onto skewers in alternating patterns.
  6. Grill kabobs for about 15 minutes, turning frequently until sausage is browned and zucchini is tender.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
