  • ½ pint strawberries
  • 2/3 cup thick cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 1 kiwi

Instructions

  1. Cut the seedless watermelon into a thick round slice about six inches high for the base.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2/3 cup of thick cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar and whisk until smooth.
  3. Layer strawberries, raspberries, honeydew pieces, kiwi slices, red grapes, and green grapes over the watermelon base.
