  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • Black pepper and sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, honey, fresh herbs, black pepper, and sea salt until well combined.
  2. Place your steak in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over it. Ensure the steak is fully coated.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
  4. Remove the steak from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to reach room temperature. Pat dry before cooking on high heat for about 3–5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
