  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 6 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 red onion, cut into one-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into one-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into one-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into one-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into one-inch cubes for even cooking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, sugar, grated ginger, and sesame seeds.
  3. Add the steak cubes to the marinade. Toss to coat thoroughly and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Assemble the skewers by threading marinated steak cubes alternating with pieces of red onion and bell peppers.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked to your liking.
