  • 1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
  • Juice of 1 medium lime
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, and cilantro.
