  • 1 avocado
  • 1 ½ cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup crumbled goat cheese
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • Hot honey vinaigrette (honey, apple cider vinegar, avocado oil, cayenne pepper)
