Grilled Steak Kabobs with Mushrooms are a flavorful, satisfying dish that elevates any meal. These tender kabobs combine marinated steak and savory mushrooms, grilled to perfection for a delicious low-carb dinner option.

  • 20 oz beef steak (sirloin or ribeye recommended)
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white apple vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into 1.5-inch pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place steak in a large Ziploc bag, pour in marinade, seal and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Wash mushrooms and let air-dry.
  5. After an hour, add mushrooms to the bag with the steak; marinate for another hour.
  6. Preheat grill to high heat; oil the grates.
  7. Thread steak and mushrooms onto skewers.
  8. Grill kabobs for about 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  9. Let rest before serving; garnish with chopped parsley.
