  • 1/2 cup diced mango or papaya (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds or macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions
