  • 1 ½ lbs top sirloin
  • ½ cup Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 lbs pineapple
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1½-inch cubes and marinate in Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki sauce for at least three hours.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Chop the peppers, red onion, and pineapple into large pieces.
  4. Toss veggies and pineapple with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Thread beef, pineapple, and veggies onto soaked skewers.
  6. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grill skewers until beef reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF and veggies are tender.
