Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped spinach until wilted, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sautéed spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares of about four inches each.
  5. Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each square. Fold corners over the filling to form puffs and seal edges with a fork.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
