  • 4 cups water
  • 6 bone-in beef chops (34 lbs)
  • 1/2 cup dry white apple vinegar
  • 1/4 cup peach jam
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brine by dissolving salt in water and submerging the beef chops for at least 30 minutes.
