  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese (chopped or shredded)
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half or heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup ice-cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour and salt for the crust; mix in oil until crumbly. Gradually add ice-cold water to form dough.
