Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds lean beef (cut into 2-inch cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons beef stock
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp steak seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the beef and cut it into 2-inch cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine beef stock, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, steak seasoning, thyme, oregano, black pepper, and bay leaves.
  3. Place beef cubes in a Ziploc bag. Pour marinade over the meat and seal tightly. Shake to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove meat from marinade and thread onto skewers.
  5. Grill kabobs for about 8–15 minutes depending on desired doneness (turning occasionally) until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F for medium.
  6. Let kabobs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
