  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 2 T fresh-squeezed lime juice

  • 2 T olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine marinade ingredients: balsamic vinegar, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
  2. Trim excess fat from the flank steak and rub with steak rub.
  3. Place the steak in a Ziploc bag with the marinade; seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours (overnight preferred).
  4. Preheat grill to high heat (450-500°F). Let steak come to room temperature.
  5. Grill steak for about 6 minutes per side for medium-rare (internal temp of 130°F).
  6. Rest steak for 5-10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
