  • DeLallo Pizza Dough Kit
  • Water
  • DeLallo Private Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Honey
  • DeLallo Simply Pesto
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • DeLallo Artichoke Quarters
  • DeLallo Roasted Red Peppers
  • DeLallo Pitted Castelvetrano Olives
  • Garlic
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough according to the DeLallo Pizza Dough Kit instructions, adding olive oil and honey if desired. Knead for 2-3 minutes, then let rise in an oiled bowl until doubled (30 minutes to 1 hour).
  2. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  3. Shape the risen dough on a pizza peel or baking sheet; spread pesto over it.
  4. Top with mozzarella, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, olives, and garlic. Finish with more mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Garnish with red chile flakes, flaky salt, oregano, and arugula tossed in olive oil.
