  • 6 tablespoons Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for wash)
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • Dairy-free white chocolate buttons (for decoration)
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into rectangles (4×6 inches).
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of Vegan Nutella in the center of each rectangle and top with banana slices.
  4. Fold over one side of the pastry, sealing edges with a fork.
