  • 3 blocks cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup white chocolate (for ganache)
  • Heavy whipping cream (for whipped topping)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg yolk (room temperature)
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 12 Oreos (crushed)
  • 12 Oreos (roughly chopped)
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped semisweet chocolate (for ganache)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 7 Oreos (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 26 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Incorporate eggs one at a time, followed by flour and chopped Oreos.
  3. Pour filling into crust and bake for about 70 minutes, until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Cool gradually in the oven.
  4. Prepare ganache by melting white chocolate with heavy cream; drizzle over cooled cheesecake.
  5. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; top cheesecake and garnish with crushed Oreos.
