  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp ground allspice
  • ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ⅛ tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: Mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth; set aside.
  2. Make the Cookie Dough: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla; mix well.
