  • 18 vanilla ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 cup peanut butter, melted
  • 1 package (9.5 oz) Reese's peanut butter cups
  • 6 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 6 tablespoons hot fudge sauce
  • 2 containers (8 oz each) whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Arrange six ice cream sandwiches on a serving platter. Drizzle half of the melted peanut butter over them, followed by two tablespoons each of caramel and hot fudge sauces. Sprinkle a third of the chopped Reese's cups on top.
  2. Layer another six ice cream sandwiches over the first layer and repeat the drizzling and sprinkling process.
  3. Finish with the last six ice cream sandwiches and cover the entire cake with whipped topping using a spatula.
  4. Drizzle any remaining sauces on top and garnish with leftover Reese's pieces.
  5. Freeze for at least 30 minutes before serving to ensure the cake holds its shape.
