  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 7 oz block of feta cheese
  • 1 head of garlic (top sliced off)
  • 1 lemon (quartered)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  3. Spread seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet; place the block of feta in the center.
  4. Position the head of garlic next to the feta; squeeze lemon juice over all ingredients.
  5. Drizzle honey over the feta cheese before roasting.
