Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 medium lemon
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp curry powder
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • 7 oz 2% Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pound the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a Ziploc bag and pound to an even thickness of about ½ inch.
  2. Make the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, curry powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate: Pour marinade over chicken in the Ziploc bag and seal tightly. Massage to coat evenly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for deeper flavor).
  4. Prepare Garlic Yogurt Sauce: Mix Greek yogurt with minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl until smooth; refrigerate until serving.
  5. Grill the Chicken: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill each breast for about 3 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Let rest before slicing.
  6. Serve: Drizzle sliced chicken with garlic yogurt sauce and garnish with parsley as desired.
