  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 385°F (195°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and prepare a bowl of cold water mixed with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
