  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Olive oil (for grill)
  • Corn tortillas
  • 1/2 small red onion (chopped)
  • 1 large avocado (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup queso fresco
  • Chopped cilantro (for serving)
  • Chimichurri sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in lime juice for 30 minutes.
