  • 1 box (0.3 oz) sugar-free strawberry jello
  • 1 box (1 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (sugar-free)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1½ cups water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven as directed on the cake mix package.
  2. Prepare the white cake according to package instructions. Once baked, poke holes all over the top using the handle of a wooden spoon while still warm.
  3. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry jello in 1 cup of boiling water, then add ½ cup of cold water. Pour evenly over the poked cake and chill for 3–4 hours.
  4. Mix the instant vanilla pudding with 2 cups of milk until soft set, then spread over the jello layer.
  5. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
