  • 16 oz elbow noodles
  • 3 cans (4 oz each) tuna in water
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp seasoning salt
  • 34 Tbs sugar
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow noodles according to package directions until al dente; drain and cool under running water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced red onion, and defrosted peas.
  3. Stir in the cooled pasta gently to mix.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, seasoning salt, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and stir well to coat evenly.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
